The Group has been selected by the Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games and Asian Para Games Organising Committee (AINAGOC) to design, fit out and manage the 53 venues that will host this major event in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan.
As an Event Delivery Entity, GL events will deploy a comprehensive range of expertise: site studies and design, installation of temporary infrastructure, set-up of hospitality areas and media zones, management of access and accreditation systems, and organisation of medal ceremonies. A complete service offering, designed to support organisers at every key stage of the event.
This new contract confirms GL events’ expertise in managing complex, tailor-made projects on an international scale. It also highlights the Group’s ability to provide sustainable and innovative solutions that meet the expectations of organisers and the evolving challenges of the event industry.

Already established in Aichi through the management of the Aichi Sky Expo convention and exhibition centre, GL events continues its development in Japan and reaffirms its ambition to support the region’s major infrastructure projects.
